Satisfaction Guarantee
We stand behind the quality of our products and your satisfaction is important to us.  We build products with the highest grade materials and everything is built with highly skilled trades’ people.  We do strive to use recycled or stainable resources whenever possible.  This however should not affect the quality or life of the product.

If the product is in stock it will ship within 24 hours and can take up to 5 days for delivery.  For furniture orders, shipping will start within 48 hours from completion of piece and can take up to 15 days for delivery.  We provide 3 types of shipping:

  1. Standard - For smaller products such as Niches, niches accessories and small furniture (furniture under $1600 or 70 lbs.).  We use FedEx ground and offer home delivery.  You will need to sign for any package with a value of $200 or more. 

  2. Premium - For furniture orders over $1600 (single or multiple furniture pieces with at least one piece equaling this amount) premium service will apply.  A carrier will be assigned to inspect your piece(s) for imperfections before shipment and review the piece with you upon delivery.  Each piece is carefully wrapped and unwrapped by the carrier.  They will also dispose of any wrapping material and place the piece in position at your site.   Assembly service is also included if required.

  3. Freight - For large wholesale orders, a freight carrier will be used.  This will be determined after order is placed and a customer service person will contact your company to arrange the shipping details.  Or contact us through the contact page and we will contact you to finalize the order.

Cancellation Policy
In stock items ship within 24 hours after an order has been paced, and your credit card will be charged at that time.  If you contact us before the item ships you will not be charged and your order will be cancelled. For furniture not stocked, you will have until start of production to cancel.  This could be from 1 to 5 days.  Should production start we will make every attempt to re-use the piece without charge to you.  There is no guarantee that this is possible and you will be charged at time of order and not refunded until a solution is found.

For smaller items and furniture delivered by a ground carrier (FedEx), please contact us via the contact page describing the issue.
Furniture delivered using the premium service: If there is a problem with your furniture order upon delivery please note the issues on your shipper and proceed with the delivery.  Our delivery personnel are trained to accept the written response and will relay it to the appropriate people at which time the piece will either be replaced or repaired.
